Almost Harry Time...

So last night my sister and I had a friend over for dinner and afterwards we sat around and chilled. Amongst chilling time we somehow got on the topic of Harry Potter, which for those of you who don't know there is another one coming out in a couple of weeks. So we made plans on going to the midnight showing, therefore I plan to buy tickets a head of time. But to get back to our night I asked my friend Blake if he would like to join us and go to the midnight showing. He chuckled and said that he had only seen the first two movies but asked me to let him know when I was going to buy tickets and that he would think about it.


Therefore today I was checking the movie website to see if I could buy tickets yet, and wouldn't you know THEY ARE FOR SALE! made my day I must say. I sent a text to him saying that I could now buy tickets and here was our conversation.


Me: "I can buy harry potter tickets now."
Blake: "that is the 12?"
Me: "No...the 19th but we'd be going to the midnight showing at 12:01 AM :-)"
Me: "I'm really excited"
Blake: "Never been to a midnight showing. Do I want Harry Potter to be my first one?"
Me: "It's up to you."
Me: "Maybe once you watch the movies you'll want to go to the midnight showing :-)"
Blake: "How many have I missed?"
Me: "You've said you've seen the first two right."
Blake: "I think so... it's been too long."
Me: "Well if you've seen those two, you've only missed four."
Blake: "Only four lol. That's 12 hrs of my life!"
Me: "It's not that bad, it's harry potter :-D."
Blake: "Ya ok, I'm pretty sure I liked the first 2. I take a ticket and let me know when you start watching the series so I can catch up."
Me: "There was no peer pressure in making your decision was there...haha."
Blake: "No, I'm into trying new things."
Me: "Trying new things can always be a plus."
Blake: "I'll make sure to find a wizard costume."




My favorite part of our entire conversation was when he said it was 12 hrs of his life, I don't even want to think about how much I've spent between Harry Potter and the Twilight series, haha. Best part of my whole day was Blake saying he would go. It's going to be a blast, NOVEMBER 19TH be prepared. :-)
